Join us for a wine journey where our sommelier will bring you on a discovery voyage on wines from different regions, the varieties that is unique to each wine region, the style of wines and the technique of wine tasting with cheese pairing. Our aim is to bring through the wine regions, one region at a time.
Each masterclass session will cover one of the following wine regions:
- Burgundy, France
- Rhone, France
- Champagne, France
- Bordeaux, France
- Piedmonte, Italy
- Veneto, Italy
- Rioja, Spain
- Pradikatswein, Germany
- Barossa/McLaren, Australia
- Franschhoek, South Africa
- Napa, California

Learning Objectives
This course aims to equip learners with the ability to understand the characteristics of the wine in relation to the wine region, and understand the wine appreciation process including wine-tasting techniques, analysing of wine, tasting notes and cheese pairing.
