Sales Executive

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for meeting student recruitment targets.
  • Plans and implements Direct Marketing efforts
  • Provide excellent support services to students
  • Provide course information and counselling to potential students
  • Assisting in admin work set by Head (Marketing)
  • Negotiates/grows new agency lines.
  • Manages the agents effectively so as to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and enrolments.

Requirements:

  • You should have a Diploma or above qualification.
  • You should preferably have sales experience in education industry.
  • You must be a dynamic person with congenial personality and excellent communication skills
  • You must be a self-starter and high achiever
  • Competent Microsoft Office Skills
  • Photoshop/Indesign skills a plus-point

Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for meeting sales targets and formulates strategies and ideas to improve sales in discussion with the Head (Marketing).
  • Analyses the trend of the market and monitor the competitors’ activities and feedback by initiating and recommending solutions.
  • Carries out strategic planning, conceptualisation and execution of advertising & promotional campaigns regional markets under his/her charge
  • Creates brand awareness by developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns in the regional markets under his/her charge
  • Plans and implements Direct Marketing efforts : data-farming, relationship marketing, viral campaigns, customer life cycle management; map out and oversee DM campaigns vis conventional as well as electronic channels
  • Customises marketing materials for markets under his/her charge and makes internal and external presentations to existing and potential clients
  • Ensures security of controlled documents information and systems.
  • Initiates actions to prevent the occurrence of nonconformity of the quality standards in the agents.
  • Negotiates/grows new agency lines.
  • Manages the agents effectively so as to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and enrolments.
  • Identifies and records any quality problems in the agents under their charge.

Requirements:

Job Summary:

For Airport / Airline Management:

  • Travel and Tourism Operations
  • Airport Operations
  • Airport Security
  • Passenger Ground Services
  • Airline Cabin Crew Training

Requirements:

  • You should have at least a Bachelor Degree from recognised universities, with more than 5 years of working experience in Airlines and Airports. Additional experience in training and learning development will be considered favourably.
  • You should be excellent communicator and a highly organised and clear thinker. In addition, you must be an effective team player with strong passion in human capital development.
  • Min. Education Level : Bachelor Degree
  • Field of Study : Hospitality / Travel / Aviation
  • Years of Experience Required : 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Skills : Communications skills / Proficient in MS Office / Familiar with Computer Reservations Systems (CRS), Departure Control Systems (DCS), Global Distribution Systems (GDS) & Amadeus
