As part of their Food and Beverage Operations module, our students from the Diploma in Hospitality Operation went through their practical assessment. They are assessed based on their ability to select the appropriate cutleries based on the menu they are furnished, serving techniques, as well as their reaction and capability to manage a tricky situation. This assignment is to prepare students for the real world they will be working in in the future, giving them a headstart on how to tackle challenges under different scenarios.
