Customer Service Design Thinking
The course is designed to equip learners with an overview of Design Thinking and how it can be applied in the organisation. It will include the design thinking process, design thinking activities to facilitate problem-solving, and understanding the different prototyping methods to adopt and how to measure success at the workplace.

- Learners that are assessed with competency and achieved at least 75% attendance will be issued with two certificates:

Entry Requirements
- Age: At least 18 years old
- Language Proficiency: Be able to speak, listen, write and read in English
- Academic Qualification: Possess at least a GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
